Next Flight Out

NFO shipments are urgent and highest priority shipments that get connected by direct flight to the destination airport through major commercial airlines. The shipment is picked up, taken to the airport and tendered on the next available flight.Upon flight arrival at the destination, CriticaLog retrieves the shipment and delivers the same to the consignee.

Base Rates and Charges:
  • Base Rate: ₹350 per kg
  • Fuel Surcharge: ₹20 per kg
  • Security Fees: ₹100
  • Handling Fees: ₹50

NFO Shipment SOP :
  • Purpose: Ensure timely and efficient handling of NFO shipments.
  • Scope: Applies to all NFO shipments handled by [GOSKY LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED ].

Responsibilities :

  • Operations Team: Coordinate NFO shipments.
  • Customer Service: Communicate with customers.
  • Logistics Team: Execute pickup, delivery, and transportation.

Pre-Shipment (Before 10:00 am) :

  • Receive customer request for NFO shipment.
  • Verify shipment details (weight, dimensions, destination).
  • Check flight availability and schedule.
  • Provide customer with estimated cost and confirmation.

Shipment Preparation (10:00 am - 12:00 pm) :

  • Prepare shipment documents (air waybill, invoice, packing list).
  • Ensure proper packaging and labeling.
  • Conduct security screening (if required).
Pickup and Transportation (12:00 pm - 4:00 pm)

Airline Check-in and Departure (4:00 pm - 6:00 pm)

  • Check-in shipment with airline.
  • Ensure timely departure.

Delivery (Upon Arrival)

  • Arrange delivery to consignee.
  • Obtain proof of delivery.

Post-Delivery

  • Update shipment status.
  • Notify customer of delivery.
  • Maintain records for audit and tracking.
